Masahiro Takeoka

Masahiro Takeoka is a professor at Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Keio University. He received Ph.D. in Keio University and then joined to National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT)in 2001. He has been worked at Ministry of Internal Affairs of Japan from 2011 to 2012 and then has been a visiting scientist at Raytheon BBN Technologies from 2012 to 2013. Since 2016, he has been a director of Quantum ICT Laboratory, NICT. In 2021, he launched Quantum Information and Communication Group at Keio University.
