Translation of U.S. Governent's "Quantum Network Infrastructure Act of 2020"

U.S. President Trump signed National Quantum Initiative Act in December 2018. This Act is for quantum computer and quantum internet. To enhance R&D of quantum internet, new act called Quantum Network Infrastructure Act of 2020 is submitted September 2020.

We translated this Act To Japanese.

This Act died along with renewing Congress in Janurary 2021. We expect similar Act will submitted again.
